Welcome back everyone!
I hope everyone had a great summer and you are ready for another great year.
This year we will meet new challenges and probably will experience a few changes. If you keep a smile on your face, be kind to your colleagues, make a child smile and do what you do best, which is help educate the young minds left in our care, in the end it will all be worth it.
Keep an eye out for the positives, encourage the shy ones or the ones looking like they need a hand up. Try to brighten someone’s day everyday and everyone who enters our halls will come out much better for it.
I encourage you listen well, laugh lots and enjoy the company of the students because one day in the future these same children will remember you fondly with great respect by letting everyone know your were the best influence they ever had growing up!
For those staff not working directly with students you are also a key component in the Doing What’s Best for Kids!
